Motivation is pretty low at the moment. Mainly because we have about 8 months of savings before we can order the fuselage kit, but only 3-4 months of work left on the wings! So I'm under no particular hurry to dive into it. Actually, it could well be a cloud with silver lining thing: Vans will be making a product announcement at Oshkosh this year, and rumour has it that it might be a fully matched hole fuselage kit, possibly even with a fastback modification straight from the factory. Now that *would* be cool, so we don't mind waiting at all. Meanwhile, I popped out to the garage for half an hour or so (its bloody cold out there!) and plumbed up the right wing skeleton in the jig. I noticed when I did the left wing that the whole thing 'settled' after a while so I'm going to leave it like that while I work the leading edge. Then if the right wing settles too, I can re-align it before match drilling the skins to make sure it is straight.
