Brief Description:  Priming (or not, in this case) :-(

Had to wait over 3 hours this morning for the temperature to come above 10 degrees C so I could start priming. Since I have people coming round this afternoon, that seriously cut into my available time. Around 11 o'clock I got started and spent an hour cleaning, degreasing, prepping and alodining all the rear spar components, the main spar countersinks and a couple of scratches on the completed left wing that I wanted to prime over. I had already mixed up the primer before starting so was ready to rock and roll as soon as I had rinsed and dried all the parts. Which is exactly when I discovered that the spray gun wouldn't spray properly. A first I thought I had done a shitty job cleaning the gun last time out, and that it was blocked. However, upon closer inspection I found that the nozzle was actually broken. So that's that then. Being Sunday I'm screwed. So I packed everything up and covered it all in a plastic sheet to keep it clean. I'll sort out the gun tomorrow and have another go at priming tomorrow evening, weather and temperature permitting. Bugger!
