2) what a mess! what a challange! I completed the pannel over a year and half ago, and at the time had no real ides of where/how/howlong the wires were to go, once I was ready to install the pannel. the bench testing went really well, so I left the wires long-ish.
3) A vies of the groung system---the square thing peaking around the back of the pannel support with the red color...and the brass stud with several nuts on it is the positive buss termional. All individual item grounds will be on the ground reference point, and the main 12 volt buss will feed both the pannel 12 volts and the aircraft lighting systems.
