1) This is a test lay out for the webbing hoiles. Note that I have just finidhed drilling then
2) two of the components of the web stifeners. Note the two different lengths. it doisent show up well, but the hole layout at this distance from inner end towards the tip are pretty much the same. the design of the web is a stack up of different thichnesses and lengths sandwiched together with the spar caps (noit shown) and all revited together. this way the design will support loads required by the engineer. It will be plenty stiff!
3) Just as a perspective, this shows the main webbing that runs the full eength of the spars, off the ends of the bench for sure!
