3) One of the fleeows on the Sonex blog site mentioned that the nuts needed a capture area for the o-ring so as to prevent the ring from squishing out. I put both nuts in my modelers lathe and cut o-ring grooves into them that were about 1/3 ring thickness deel and just wide enough to accomidate the inner and outter diameters.When installed with fuel lube liberally placed, there have been no leaks. nothing more on leaks just to be safe!!!
