Brief Description:  aircraft wiring

10 This shows the feed thru of a cable from the headset jacks behind the seat. nothing special here...now we move on!

2) This is where I plan to mount the intercom module...between the support angles for the wing root structure. I did a little experiment while mounting it, using double sticky tape from the aero section of O'Rielys Auto stroe. It is the stuff that is used to hold on the outside trim pieces. When I was don running wires to length, and I wanted to remove the box, I could not remove it. I had to cut the tape with exacto knofe to get it unstuck. I no longer have any worries about it staying put when flying. tough tape!!

3) This shot shows the actual method I used to do the wiring. Make sure the wire goes where intended BEFORE putting it in to the aircraft. I did catch a couple of mis wires. So it was worth the effort.

I try to test in stages as I build. each little bit has a part and when put together, the box should work just fine. Which it did!!
