Brief Description:

1) The two boals wood guides were made from decorative trim boards from a store we all know, begins with L and ends with owes! It is very bendy...up to a point, but worked for me very well. I did hate to put more holes in the fiberglass for clecos, but it was easy to refill them.

2) another closer view of the spacers for the saw.

3) the saw in place for cutting.

A word about the saw. It is pneumatic, has a very thin blade suitable for metal and fiberglass, about a 1/4 inch stroke, likes to use compressed air quickly, and isnt overly heavy. If I pulled the blade out of the work just enough to remain engauged with the material, it functions pretty well as a hand held scrol saw. If I remember, it might be less that $20 at world famous H.F stores nearby almost everyone. Very handy tool!!
