1) Here is the result of the bending process. As can be seen, the conduit is held in several places by go fast tape again (gotta get more of that stuff). The mentioned second vac process caused the actual bend angle to lessen and was mors like 60 deg vs this picture which shows something like 80-90 deg..
So, the next thing is to install the thing. Today, 2-27-15, the WX is 25 deg and snowing in N TX. I can go out and run the shop heater for an houir or two and sort of warm up things and maybe get to near 60 deg, but I probably wont as diesel fuel isnt really cheap, and there are a few warmer days in close proximity of the shop for next week.
