1) Here I have attached the LH flap to see how it would install. Looks ok to me.
2) Here I have made a deflection gauge to check quickly the flap up angle, to the bottom surface of the wing. The spec indicates the top surfact of the flap is in streamline with the tipo wing surface with a specified distande height measurment to the top surface. Complicate a bit to explain, but the plans picture is very self explanatory.
3) I am not too sure at this date of entry just what I was doing, other than trying to be 'pure' with my measurement repeatability. I must have been satisfied as I did move on and the results were un remarkable, or I just forgot what I was doing! Ha!!
