Brief Description: counter sink mods for spar caps
1, 2, 3) some more pix of the counter sink tool I used, one with a cutting/drilling pilot, and one with a non-cutting pilot, I did some experimentating on the old spar and found I liked the non cutting one better, as I would not worry about enlarging the hole if I tipped the cutter inadvertantly. the plastic tubing was adjusted to yeld deep enough countersink by trial and error. The system worked pretty well and I was pleased.
