1) I wore out several nails on this dimpleing job, and am looking for another method on the RH spar. ths squeeze dimpler makes a larger hole for the rivet shank, and I dont want to use it. the Sonex one does a nice job, an you have to up drill the finished hole to revit size...just as one needs.

3) This one I smacked a bit too hard to get it to do something or other. I seem to rememvber replacing it.
There was considerable time spent in teaching the operator how to make good holes! I think he finally learned. Some trial examples show up later in this installment...somewhere!
