Brief Description:  engine mount and MLG

1) so far to date, other than the first hole drilled, doing the engine mount has been the most involved. those who have gone before on this project--engine mount install--surely understand that it must be done correctly. the mount has to be on centerline, level and the actual engine mounting pins have to be verticle, as well as having the aircraft level in all directions. sounds easy, and it is, but try working on it and worrying about it staying that way!! the vertical sheets are aluminum placed on the bottom pins and set to be orthagonal to the axix of the fuse, and thefloor. the silver looking 'arms' from the botton are holders at the specific didtance required of the mount, from the reference point, per the plans.

2) a better view of the holders and the nice duct tape job holding shims in place!

3) the left side view. All I have to do now is to joggle and jiggle things until its where it is susposed to be. easier said than done. No bed of roses, this! Who wants a bed of roses anyway??
