1--Here are the v and h stabs in their final resting place, plus 90 deg r wing low!! they all fit pretty well with nominal shims IMHO. for a scratch built aircraft I guess. We shall see. but they are at 90 deg to each other, the rudder travel is on spec, and so is the ele, the latter with a bit more tweaking than I actually thought would be needed.

2--Tail wheel leg is installed, and the wheel assembly is close at hand. and as I write this, it is indeed installed in jinal position

3---Looking forward fro the aft end, showing the ele push rod in place. the supports still have a couple of clecos and need to be finalised as the picture was taken. If one looks closely to the rh side of pix 3 there are rudder cables present...another big step, at least for me!

OK, a bit of an update...as I type this on the evening of 2-27-14, I have done a bit more, but have yet to take pictures. I appoligize for the mess in the shop (in the background) but my only excuse is that I have been busy elsewhere part timeing it at a music store doing electronic repairs. Money is just that...money.As I still need some for this little airplane of mine, I sometimes do just a small thing here and there and befor I know it, a lot has been done, and no pictures. I will attempt to remember to get some really up to date pix and just display them here. thanks for reading!!
