1-- Well, I didnt actually clean up right away! I was waiting for the epoxy to harden up some, so I built the PTT inserts for the top of the sticks. The switches are from the aviation department at Radio Shack, dont you know.The other pieces are a bit of a longer story. I happened to have some of tha stuff I am so fond of collectiong in a box, far, far up on a shelf. I am surprised I actually remembered the trail of crumbs enough to find it! I have saved a lot of things from my XRAY machine service carreer, and these are/were phenolic rollers from a film processor that was tossed out, say...25 years ago? I finally got to use one...er both ends of one,and drilled holes for the switches, chucked them up in my modelers lathe and presto...pressin PTT switches. Not as elegant as some, but they are cheap. Did I mention that before? I guess I must have. I still have not come up with a stick grip yet. maybe I will custom make them also. Not needed for a while, to say the least!
