Brief Description:  rear spar progress

1) The second attempt went better, and here I am trimming the edge to size.

3) The afore mentioned hand shears, again trimming the edge of the spar. I also found and have to remind myself each time I trim, that if you 'force feed' the throat of the shears, and then cut, you will most likely leave a small bend in the finished edge of the aluminum. It, I think, is actually a streach mark where the closure of the jaws pulls the sluminum before it cuts. One can not undo the damage. So, each time I do this operation I mave to make an effort to not force feed.

2) there be rear spars in the shop!! They are hung with great care and anticipation!!
