Upper wing doublers for the right wing were made out of .063 2024-T3; two fuel filler hole doublers, a GPS antenna doubler, and a dollar-patch doubler (which was required when I started to mount the GPS antenna in the wrong wing bay. The appropriate holes were then drilled in the wing skin, and I enlisted the help of my wife to buck the dimpling. Additionally, I made the fuel filler doublers for the left wing. These doublers can't be riveted in until the upper skin is riveted as doing so would preclude rollling the skin up to gain access for riveting.
