I wanted to provide support brackets for holding the window up similar to Bob Barrow's, but the location of the Avipro latches is fixed, so the latches end up being right near the fuel tank access panel. After a few tries, I came up with .025 inch 4230 brackets which have two each 4-40 dimpled holes attach to dimpled nutplates on the main fuel tank acess panels, and which additionally pick up two of the fuel tank access holes. After the holes were made and dimpled and the nutplates attached, I sandblasted the brackets and powder-coated them aluminum grey.
