I Poly-Tacked the round access panels onto the fuselage along the bottom and above the tailwheel as well as the stabilator access panels. I cutout the aft stabilator access panel and folded the fabric over and glued it to the frame so as to give it additional security. I also made a large frame for pre-shrinking the gussets and made templates for all the various sizes (static port, flap fairlead, flap pulleys, ELT mounting panel, transponder, frame junctions, etc). I rib-laced the two vertical stabilizer ribs. I marked the fuselage tape and gusset locations on the fabric with pencil prior to the next step, which is pre-Poly-Brushing the tape and gusset locations, and then applying them.
