Brief Description:  Stabilizer Cover 1

I sprayed ACF-50 into the trim tab torque tubes so as to delay corrosion (rust never sleeps), which sounds like a good idea, but causes problems because of gradual seeping out of the solution out of the tube, which can contaminate the fabric. I ended up using a zip lock bag on the bellcrank until the last moment and keeping the inner edge downhill whenever possible. After covering and stretching at 250 deg, I deployed the bellcrank, slitting the fabric where the bellcrank protrudes, stretched at 350 deg and then Poly-Tack'd a .025 inch slotted and epoxy primed doubler onto the fabric. I followed by that a dolly made of 4 inch finishing tape. Next will be a brushed coat of Poly-Brush, rib lacing and finishing tapes.
