Final assembly (well, almost) of the baffles and plenum after the paint had cured. The lower tension rods were installed, The flexible baffle material was pop riveted in place. Nylon washers were used to minimize chaffing and fiberglass reinforced teflon tape was used between the upper cover and the side panels for the same reason. Locktite was used on all screws securing the panels to the engine.
