I bent a battery box for the Odyssey PC-680 battery out of .063 6061-T6 and commenced to cutting out lightening holes. Unfortunately, I used a Harbor Fright hole cutting set which I got for $14.95 on sale, usually $29.95. It lasted for all of four holes before self destructing, stripping out the threads. I've ordered a Made-In-USA Greenlee hole cutter to complete the task. I also brushed off myTIG welder and welded the corners for added strength, but forgot to take a picture of that part.
