I finalized, at least to the extent possible, location of the fuel tanks, which needs to be done before cutting out the fuel filler holes, IMHO, since the fuel tanks have a disturbing tendency to move around from their previous position when reinstalled. In order to cut down on the movement, the tanks needed to be constrained whenever possible. That includes shims, fuel nipples, access panels and wing stiffeners. I used a series of sleeves fabricated from scrap tubing to make the nipples larger in order to fully fill and center them in their cutouts.
