I installed the tail surfaces. In the absence of specific instructions to the contrary, I set the elevator and trim tabs to neutral with elevator and trim bellcranks in mid-position. The trim bellcrank is set 3/4 inch to the left of the centerline, as well. It's necessary to bend the trim pushrods to clear the horizontal stabilizer when the elevator is in the up position; I used a 3/8 inch tubing bender. I also hooked up the flying wires. It was necessary to flatten out the outboard lower brackets that Avipro provides. In addition, the attachment holes near the tailwheel had to be drilled out to 1/4 inch, whereas the plans specify 3/16 inch. I also blocked the rudder to neutral for installing the rudder cables, which is coming up.
