I made two each ( and one prototype) static port out of 3/16 in rivets drilled through with a 1/16 in drill bit. A small file was used to make some serrations in the drill press to aid in sealing. Push on retainers will be used to secure the ports to the mount. 1/4 in OD poly-flow tubing fits tightly over the rivets. This is the same system used in my Twin Comanche, which works well.
