I powered up my Advanced Flight Systems AF-3400 last week after connecting to the Avionics buss for the first time, and unfortunately, the left EFIS had a video problem where the video feed was fragmented, making it unreadable. I sent both units back to AFS, and both were repaired at no charge. They also updated some the components and software at no charge, too. I asked them to replace the batteries, as the units were now over 2 years old, that was on my dime. On Saturday, the 30th of May, Kelley Babin, and his friend Ed, came down and finalized the intercom wiring, which is a major pain, They tested all the jacks out and everything worked fine. I also fabricated all the antenna cabling BNC connectors and routed the associated cabling.
