Brief Description:  Aileron Rigging

I made the aft carry-thru cables, and ended up having to make the left front cable over, as it was too tight. Turnbuckles are supposed to achieve their desired tenson in the range of 3 exposed and 4 internal threads, and the left front was too tight. I set the cable tension to 22.5 lbs. I put the aft carry-thru cable on the right side, as I plan on putting the roll autopilot servo on the left. I adjusted the pushrods to make the ailerons fall in line with the outer ribs and the flaps. When I went to check control deflection, I only had 14 deg down and 18 deg up. The block occured where the control stick hit the channel shown in Image 3. In addition, the edge of the channel was impacting the stick, and could eventually cause a crack there. I used a half-round file to relieve the impacting area, achieving 20 deg down and 24 deg up, which seems acceptable.
