The aileron cable inboard of the bellcrank passes through two fairleads, two rib lightening holes, and one rib hole. The inboard rib and the next one to it have to have their holes opened up. A Unibit was used on the inboard rib and a rat-tail file in addition to the Unibit on the next rib.
