I'm fabricating the seat webbing from .032 2024 -T3 1 inch strips; four inch spacing on the backrests, 3 in on the bottoms. I plan on using 3/16 in aluminum pop rivets and a homemade screw tensioner to pull the straps taught while pop riveting them in place. Alodine and zinc chromate rattle can corrosion protection.
