I bent cams out of .050 steel and cut out the square hole for the lock, as the the cams provided with the lock aren't long enough. The cams use the same scuff plate as the latches, and block the latch from fully opening providing some additional security. I say only some, as fabric can be cut to gain access and the doors easily removed by removing the pins or bolts that secure the doors to the fuselage.
