I fabricated the outer window skin from .032 2024-T3, it's attached with 4-40 countersunk screws into nutserts on the frame. A cam lock is incorporated to share the window latch stainless steel scuff plate. Aluminum strips of .025 2024-T3 were joggled and will clamp the .080 plexiglas; they attach to the frame with 4-40 truss head screws into nutserts, with the exception of the lower clamp, which is screwed to the skin with #6 countersunk screws. In addition, I bent a fairing to seal the upper portion of the window to the frame, which fits on the inside. The small wood slats are the same depth and meant to mimic the 3/16 in windshield and .025 fairing where it meets the window; I contoured the window skin to fit those items.
