Brief Description:  Wing Wiring 1

I pulled the wires and pitot tubing through the conduit, using a Harbor Freight Fish Tape, which worked quite well. To penetrate the conduit at the various wing bays, I used a soldering iron. I labeled the wires at both ends. In order to secure the wires as they pass through the lightening holes and along the ribs, I made support brackets out of .063 inch 6061 aluminum. Two versions were made, one type being long for lightening holes, and another shorter version for fastening to the ribs or stiffeners. Two each #40 holes were placed in the brackets for securing to the wing using 3/32 inch pop rivets.
