Brief Description:  Fuel Tank Details

I spent some time attending to some details. The fuel tank senders tended to bind on the edge of fuel tank in two places. The first was the set screw which secures the float to the pivot shaft; I accordingly replaced the standard slotted screw with a 3 x .5mm x 4 mm set screw, which stopped the binding there. I also slightly bent the float arm away from the tank so the float wouldn't rub against it. Finally, I used a Tefzel tie wrap to secure the sender wire midway so as to decrease vibrations which would cause wire breakage and premature failure. I put 6-32 nutplates in the rib adjacent to the fuel tank senders for grounding the tank and sender. Finally, I Scotch-Brited the aux tank to decrease corrosion.
