I spent a lot of time checking incidence and the diagonal length of the two wings. The wings are supposed to be forced forward and washers, which function as shims, are used to maintain the forward positioning. I had heard a suggestion that you could bench drill one of the aft spars in addition to the two front spars, but I'm glad I didn't. The left wing only just fit, using the 3/16 inch bullet bolt. If I had drilled it out, it wouldn't have fit. That would have been expensive. As it was, using the drill guide, I was able to get the diagonal withing 1/4 inch ( 1 inch is allowed) and incidence within .1 deg. On the right wing, I used some Superglue to help stabilize the spar for drilling.
