Brief Description: Heater and Defroster Cable Conduit
A conduit was fabricated from 3/4 in OD 6061 tube to contain the heater and defroster cables and keep them from impacting the electrical terminals on the left avionics subpanel. Sand and wood plugs were used to keep crinkling of the tubing to a minimum (an electrician's conduit bender was used). A conduit was chosen rather than simple Adel clamps to contain the cables because the panel tilts forward and the ability of the cables to slide is needed.
