Three-ply fiberglass diffusers were laid up on blue foam and modelling putty molds. After they hardened, Polyfiber SuperFill was used to smooth out the weave. Where baffle disassembly might be necessary, 6-32 nutplates were used to secure the diffusers to the baffles. Large head pop rivets will be used in other portions of the baffles where removal of the diffusers is unlikely. Next, a polyurethane glaze will be used to fill pinholes, and after epoxy priming, Aerothane will be used to paint them.
