I continued the process of building the baffles and applying a plenum. A 3 inch diameter flange allows access to the dipstick, and silicone sheeting at its base secured with a hose clamp, will seal it to cooling air pressure. Stiffeners were added to the plenum to prevent billowing. Fiberglass engine mount seals were fabricated. Nutplates are used to secure the plenum to the baffles. Yet to be installed are the alternator and left magneto cooling ducts, spark plug wire penetrations, bottom stiffeners and diffusers which match the nosebowl inlet to the baffles.
