In preparation for installing an Electroair electronic ignition, the right magneto must be removed. The supplied cover had excess material, which I cut off with a bandsaw and filed smooth. The magneto gears must be removed, but prying them out is not allowed. A Lycoming SB calls for a slap hammer, but I cobbled this extraction setup from miscellaneous stuff in my shop.
