The floorboards are made out of .032 2024-T3; I plan on priming the bottom surface and putting a thin coat of Herculiner on the top surface. Along the way, I started pre-fitting the TruTrak autopilot servo's per their recommendation, whereupon it became clear the roll servo installation will be problematic. I don't like the servo hanging out in the breeze, in the way of every foot that comes in and out of the aircraft. I'll call the factory tomorrow and see if they have any other ideas.
