Brief Description:  Fuel Valve Relocation

I was unable to get the Andair fuel valve to fit on the pad provided by Avipro without conflicting with the flap handle. In addition, when sitting on the left side, it didn't take much movement of my right foot to rub against the fuel valve when working the rudder pedals. Big feet, I guess. Also, it was a pretty far stretch to get to the valve in that location. Instead, I decided to move the valve just to the left of the flap detent arc and just in front of the control stick assemby. I fabricated a .032 aluminum bracket which tied into two existing bolts and required welding two tabs to the existing tubular structure. The bracket's strength will be augmented by the floorboard, which will be screwed through the bracket down to the tabs. I'll rivet a short section of aluminum angle in front of the valve to protect it from errant feet, anyway. Finally, I drilled out a lightening hole in the Avipro pad, as it won't be used.
