I installed the flap control cable back to the aft end of the baggage compartment. The cable passed very close to the elevator bellcrank, but not close enough to interfere. Unfortunately, the nicopress at the flap handle does rub against the strut shock mount. I may switch to a swaged terminal fork, which should impinge less. Also, I found the pulley bolts at the aft baggage compartment protruded out where they would rub against the fabric. I trimmed them back so that wouldn't be a problem.
