Brief Description: Cargo Door Plexi and Left Rear Window
I finished installing the cargo door plexi and prepared the left rear window frame for installation, which will have to wait until the fabric is in place before placing the plexiglas in the frame. I used smoke gray plexi, and bent a piece of aluminum and covered it in flannel and pressed it against the plexi at the rear angle. By applying a heat gun and using an infrared thermometer, I applied just enough heat to put a "set" into the plexi, which will hopefully will protect it against crazing.
