I fabricated a pair of 6061 thin-wall 3/8 inch OD vent lines which mounted to bulkhead fittings in the steel mounts previously installed; they are designed to correspond to the the front lightening hole in the root ribs, and then carry out to the opposite side. The idea is that if the aircraft is tilted to the right or left, the fuel vent is carried to the opposite side so as to prevent untoward fuel loss.
