Brief Description:  Aileron and Flap Fabric 7

I drew out and marked the flaps and ailerons with pencil where the tapes would go. I cut out gussets for the flaps and ailerons using pinking scissors after shrinking medium fabric on a frame at 225 deg F. I then placed a precoat of Poly-Brush, and then applied a fresh coat followed by the tapes, which were then trimmed and covered with another coat of Poy-Brush. I used a soldering iron to make holes in the fabric over the Rivnuts for the hinges and also to provide drain holes at the inboard and outboard trailing edges as well as one hole in every leading edge compartment to allow for pressure changes. I then smoothed out the tapes with an iron at 225 deg F.
