I fabricated rudder cable protectors out of .032 2024-T3; they will serve double duty by clamping the soon to completed baggage compartment panels at their base. It took several tries to get an adequate bend radius to avoid cracking, as the bend is about 135 deg, or about all my brake can accomplish. The two small holes on each piece are elliptical holes which will allow a screwdriver to access the screw heads when the baggage panel protectors are in place.
