Decided to do one whole rib start to finish to make sure the process works correctly and the tooling is setup correctly. Started with trimming the aluminum to size using a router with a laminate bit and the nose block with flange. Then cut the lightening holes out of the form blocks and set up the aluminum with the router for cutting the lightening holes. Finally, I deburred the edges (still has plastic wrap on aluminum). Still need to flange edges and lightening holes
