Made a 2mm. plywood pattern to fit the instrument pod. Used adhesive backed foam to custom contour the pattern to the pod. Scribed the resulting pattern on to the panel and used a band saw to cut the aluminum. Cut a notch for the Red Lion engine tach. near the bend line where the lower panel fits.
