Made up a sanding disk for the internal and external surfaces of the fuel tanks. Other builders have had leaks from the fittings where the o-ring seals on the inside. Hopefully this will eliminate this issue. Drilled the five holes for the access cover on the right side. The left tank has the Westach fuel sender with a different bolt pattern. Will drill those when I can use the sender as a pattern.
