Decided to locate igniter where Brian Stevens and Tim Drnec suggested. Drilled appropriate hole in engine web casting. The most difficult part was insuring that the ignition lead was tight as well as making sure that the igniter was adequately secured. I ended up using an O-ring to act as a compression means to allow both the ignition lead and the igniter to remain stationary.
