I have drug my feet on this for the last month due to fear of mis-drilling the location of the hinge blocks and not having things perfectly aligned.
mounted hinge brackets and blocks to aileron, set aileron in place, traced location of blocks on trailing edge of wing, drilled through blocks into trailing edge.
