All boards run though drum sander with 80grit paper. Then first and second laminations require skarfing boards together to get needed length. West system epoxy used. Each board to be glued was wet out and then a thicken coat with 404 microfiber then clamped for 72 Hours.
Using 24' long 2x4 box steel for clamping table on wood frame built last yr. My hope is that the steel helps spread out clamp pressure and prevent grain damage from clamps while maintaining striaght flat surface.
9/12 Third ply clamped. Used West 209 extra slow epoxy. About 3 pumps is right amount to wet out. Took about 14 pumps and 14 scoopes of 404.
